Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to join our team at Ghumarwin, Bilaspur. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to effectively train students in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Spoken English and communication skills training sessions.
- Help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Assess students’ language proficiency and track their progress.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, and practice exercises according to learners’ requirements.
- Create an interactive and positive learning environment.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to students.
- Support students in developing confidence for professional and everyday communication.




- Maintain regular records of student attendance and performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Spoken English Trainer/English Faculty.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Good knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication techniques.
- Passion for teaching and helping students improve their communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students of different learning levels.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
