we are hiring Liaison officer!!

Department: Liaison
Reporting To: CEO & MD
Designation: Executive to up to Manager
Experience: 3–5+ Year’s
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Location: Anna Nagar East, Chennai

Job Summary

The Liaison person is responsible for managing legal documentation, coordinating with government authorities, obtaining statutory approvals, maintaining compliance, and supporting land acquisition and project registration activities. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate regulations, legal documentation, and government liaison processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with government departments for statutory approvals and project-related permissions.
- Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices, CMDA/DTCP, Revenue Department, Corporation, RERA, Panchayat, EB, Water Board, and other regulatory authorities.
- Follow up on approvals, registrations, licenses, and NOCs.
- Track application status and ensure timely completion of government processes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and external agencies.
- Handle documentation required for project approvals and compliance.
- Draft, review, and maintain agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Verify land ownership documents, title deeds, encumbrance certificates, and legal records.
- Coordinate with legal consultants and advocates for legal opinions and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain legal records and project-related documentation.
- Assist in property registration and document execution.
- Support due diligence for land acquisition and property transactions.

Compliance Responsibilities

- Monitor expiry dates of licences, approvals, and registrations.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain approval trackers.

Key Skills

- Robust knowledge of real estate legal documentation.
- Understanding of property registration procedures.
- Familiarity with RERA, Registration Act, Stamp Duty, and land-related regulations & Approvals
- Excellent liaison and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and record management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Timely completion of Assigned Tasks
- Accuracy of legal documentation.
- Zero compliance issues due to documentation errors.
- Effective coordination with government authorities.
- Proper maintenance of legal records and approval trackers.
