Escapenfly is a Chandigarh travel company. We've been running since 2015, we've sent over 25,000 people on holiday, and we hold 4.8 stars across roughly 280 Google reviews. We're now producing our own video and design work in-house, and we need someone to make it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll produce and publish our content — around 8 reels and 16 static designs every month.

- Cut 55–60 second reels from finished scripts: voiceover synced,captions, music, colour, exported to spec for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp
- Build carousels, posters and WhatsApp Status creative in Canva, inside our brand kit
- Publish everything on schedule — right format, right caption, right day
- Shoot in-office content when we need it (a plus, not a must)

WHAT MAKES THIS JOB DIFFERENT

You will never stare at a blank page. Every script, shot list, caption and offer arrives already written and approved, a month in advance, in a production sheet you work down. Your job is craft and delivery, not inventing the idea. You also won't be spread across ten clients. One brand, one calendar, work that actually ships.

WHAT WE NEED

- 1–3 years editing video — Premiere Pro,



After Effects or CapCut
- Genuinely fast and accurate in Canva
- You hit dates. This matters more to us than flair
- Comfortable working with AI tools day to day
- Readable written English for captions

WHAT WE DON'T NEED

- Marketing strategy, ads, SEO or analytics — we handle all of it
- Agency-style pitching

If you want to own campaign strategy, this isn't your role. If you want to make good work at volume and see it go out, it is.

HOW TO APPLY

Send links to 2–3 reels you edited yourself. Tell us in one line what you did on each. We shortlist on the work, not the CV. Shortlisted candidates do a paid 90-minute practical at our office — one short edit and one design, from a real brief.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
