Looking for someone to handle everything between "someone sees our content" and "someone interacts with the newsletter" plus daily community engagement across our social channels. Full training provided; You should be comfortable learning fast in a CRM/automation environment.

What you'll own MOFU: Middle funnel to turn viewers into community members

Role:

1. Automation (GoHighLevel our single platform for CRM, email, funnels, and automation)

- Build and maintain autom ation architecture: workflows, triggers, comment keyword → DM → email flows
- Troubleshoot delivery failures and backend logic issues

2. Landing pages

- Build/maintain lead-magnet opt-in pages (GHL funnel builder)

3. Lead magnets

- Write and package guides/PDFs with actionable steps, real numbers, no transcript summaries
- Ship on schedule, track performance, iterate

4. Newsletter

- Draft and format the weekly send in GoHighLevel

5. Socials

- Generate MOFU content ideas - prompt packs, build-in-public proof, "comment [KEYWORD] to get the workflow"
- Write and design IG/LinkedIn carousels - CTA placement, comment-link structure, caption drafts,



built in Canva (no separate designer, this is on you)
- Reply to comments on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Daily, on-brand tone, escalate anything sensitive

Requirements

- Fluent written English, solid grammar
- Comfortable designing in Canva / Claude (carousels, lead-magnet PDFs) - no separate designer, this is part of the role
- Comfortable learning a CRM/automation platform quickly (GoHighLevel experience a plus, not required)
- Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for research and drafting

Nice to have

- Interest in AI/automation content
- Prior community moderation experience (Discord, Facebook groups, comment sections)
- Experience writing samples welcome - copy, emails, or any prior content work

Logistics

- Hours: Full time, Monday - Saturday
- Pay: $300 USD/month flat
- Tools provided: GoHighLevel, Claude access
- Reports to: Jay directly
- Team mate: Phillip (Handline TOFU)

Experience:

- Creating Lead Magnets: 1 year (Preferred)
- Creating Landing Page: 1 year (Preferred)
- Copy Writing: 1 year (Preferred)
