Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive (Social Media) to drive the success of our client and internal social media assets. This role is perfectly suited for an individual with a strong foundation in social media management and client relationship-building, who also possesses a keen eye for content quality and consistency across handles. A core component of this role will be actively managing the day-to-day success of assigned client and internal accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between creative delivery and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end management of social media handles for assigned clients and internal/owned brands

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, briefs, approvals, and feedback loops





Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with brand/client guidelines

Track content calendars, posting schedules, and platform performance for each handle

Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics; flag issues or opportunities to the team

Ensure consistency and quality across all managed accounts

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media / client servicing (agency background preferred)

Hands-on experience managing multiple client handles simultaneously

Strong communication and client-relationship management skills

Working knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic performance reporting

Ability to multitask across client and internal accounts
