About the Role

We, at Quantus Freight Solutions are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive (freshers) to join our Safety & Compliance Department. The role involves maintaining accurate records, handling documentation, updating databases, and ensuring compliance-related information is properly recorded and organized for our US logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain safety and compliance-related data accurately.
- Maintain and organize records, forms, reports, and other operational documents.
- Update and manage data using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other computer-based systems.
- Verify information and identify missing or incorrect data.
- Assist the Safety & Compliance team with documentation and routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure records are maintained accurately and within the required timelines.
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines while handling documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever additional information or clarification is required.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, Documentation, Operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with repetitive data and documentation.
- Good typing and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a night shift supporting US operations.
