Admission Counsellor

Cambridge English Academy (CEA) India Pvt. Ltd. invites applications from enthusiastic, energetic, and career-oriented candidates for the position of Admission Counsellor.

Job Responsibilities

Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and walk-ins.

Counsel students regarding IELTS, PTE, OET, Spoken English, and other English language courses offered by the Academy.

Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.

Follow up with prospective students through calls and messages to convert enquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/ERP systems.

Assist in admission campaigns, seminars, promotional activities, and student counselling sessions.

Coordinate with the admission and marketing team to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Prepare daily follow-up reports and maintain proper admission documentation.

Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:



Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1–5 years of experience in admission counselling, tele-calling, sales, customer relations, education consultancy, or educational marketing preferred.

Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counselling and convincing abilities.

Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and CRM/ERP systems.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.

Strong interest in the education and training sector.

Salary
