Department: Project Management Reports To: Senior Project Manager Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to own end-to-end client relationships. This role sits at the center of the agency — acting as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating closely with internal social media and production teams to ensure every deliverable is planned, produced, and published on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management — primary point of contact, understanding client goals, running check-ins, managing expectations, handling feedback, spotting upsell opportunities. Coordination with Social Media Team — aligning on the Instagram content calendar, ensuring on-time deployment, relaying client feedback, tracking approvals. Coordination with Image & Video Production Team — briefing production, tracking timelines, reviewing deliverables for quality, flagging bottlenecks.



Commercials & Billing — owning monthly project cost tracking, recording content deployed per client, preparing and sending monthly invoices with content volume and costing, flagging overages before invoicing. Project & Process Management — maintaining trackers, smooth handoffs, risk escalation, documentation.

Requirements 2–5 years in account management/client servicing; strong communication skills; highly organized; working knowledge of social platforms and content formats; basic understanding of production workflows; proficiency with Google Sheets and Jira; problem-solving mindset. Nice to Have Familiarity with content calendar tools; basic understanding of creative/design terminology. What Success Looks Like On-time calendars, ready-ahead deliverables, confident clients, smooth cross-team coordination.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
