Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PDC Manager to manage and coordinate the complete jewellery product development process. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Design, CAD, Production, Merchandising, QC and other teams to ensure new jewellery products are developed accurately, efficiently and within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete jewellery product development cycle from concept to final production.
- Coordinate with Design, CAD, Production, QC, Merchandising and E-commerce teams.
- Review jewellery designs, specifications, dimensions, stones, metal details and finishing requirements.
- Coordinate with CAD designers for 3D/CAD development, modifications and approvals.
- Monitor sample/prototype development and ensure timely completion.
- Review samples against approved designs and coordinate required corrections.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve product development and manufacturing issues.
- Coordinate product costing, material requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintain product development trackers, MIS reports and documentation.
- Monitor development timelines, priorities and team performance.
- Ensure products meet quality, design and commercial requirements before production.
- Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers when required for product development.




- Identify process improvements to reduce development time and production issues.
- Manage and guide the PDC/Product Development team.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding development status, delays and critical issues.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Jewellery Product Development and Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Gold, Platinum, Diamonds and Gemstones.
- Understanding of jewellery CAD and manufacturing processes.
- Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple product development projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of costing and product specifications.

Preferred Candidate

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Jewellery Product Development/PDC.
- Experience in a jewellery manufacturing or export company will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling international jewellery collections/clients will be an advantage.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple departments and meet development deadlines.

Pay: ₹548,111.49 - ₹1,712,560.78 per year
