We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Admission Counsellors.

As an Admission Counsellor, you will interact with prospective parents and students, understand their school admission requirements, address admission-related queries, and guide them through the school admission process. You will help families make informed decisions by providing accurate information about schools, admission procedures, and selection criteria.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents and students to understand their school admission requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding schools, admission procedures, eligibility, and selection criteria.
- Guide parents throughout the admission process and assist them in making informed school choices.
- Handle queries and provide timely and effective solutions to parents and students.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with prospective parents and ensure smooth coordination throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely assistance.




- Handle multiple conversations and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and organisational goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in admission counselling, customer service, sales, education, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple queries efficiently.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Candidates with an educational background will be preferred.
- Experience with student engagement or enrollment management software is a plus.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA, based on experience and suitability for the role.
