We’re a UK-based private equity business building a group across finance, media and events, with multiple ventures launching and scaling in parallel.

We’re hiring an Operations Manager – Right Hand to Founder.

This is not a traditional operations management role. We’re looking for a highly capable, technically minded operator to work directly alongside the Founder across multiple businesses.

Your job is simple:

Take things off the Founder’s plate, figure them out, and execute properly.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, fast-moving role working directly with the Founder across multiple businesses.

You’ll work across marketing systems, technology, operations, data and commercial workflows. You won’t always be handed perfectly defined tasks — you’ll be expected to take ownership, solve problems and deliver outcomes.

If you need detailed instructions or a clearly defined scope, this role isn’t for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build and launch landing pages, funnels and cold email infrastructure.
- Build and improve CRM systems, workflows, pipelines and automations.
- Build dashboards and combine data from platforms such as Google Ads, CRM and internal systems.
- Improve internal processes and replace manual workflows with scalable systems.
- Research, implement and connect tools using APIs and automation platforms.
- Build commercial tools, including Excel/Google Sheets models, quoting tools and workflow systems.
- Coordinate developers, agencies and external suppliers where required.
- Turn Founder ideas into execution and own projects that would otherwise sit with the Founder.
- Support operational and administrative tasks when needed.

Over time, you’ll own systems end-to-end, work across multiple companies simultaneously and proactively identify and fix inefficiencies.

The goal is simple: become a force multiplier for the Founder.

Technical Ability

- Comfortable working with code — opening it, understanding it and making changes.
- Familiar with APIs, integrations and automation tools.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including formulas and logic.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, analytics or similar systems.
- Able to quickly learn recent tools and understand how systems connect.

You don’t need to be a developer — but you must be technically capable and hands-on.

Experience

You’ll ideally have a background in digital, tech, operations or marketing, with experience working with systems, CRMs, analytics or automation.

Exposure to funnels, advertising, lead generation or performance-driven environments is a plus.
