We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation & Content Marketing Manager to own end-to-end marketing campaigns, content strategy, and GTM initiatives across key business and product areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Own email marketing campaigns in Marketo, including segmentation, compliance, A/B testing, and optimization to drive CTR and conversions.
- Lead full-funnel demand generation and GTM strategy for key services and partner-integrated products.
- Develop high-quality multi-channel content across email, landing pages, webinars, podcasts, events, and campaign assets.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all marketing channels.
- Conduct competitor, content, and market research using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs to inform marketing strategy.




- Plan and execute events, webinars, and podcasts in collaboration with sales, leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a demand generation/content team, driving campaign performance and MQL growth.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in B2B demand generation, content marketing, and GTM marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Robust understanding of email marketing, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent content, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable using AI, design, SEO, and marketing research tools to improve speed and performance.
