Key responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Xactly Incent compensation plans.
- Set up participants, positions, hierarchies, roles, quotas, and territories.
- Configure crediting rules, credit definitions, formulas, rate tables, tiers, and plan components.
- Support data mapping, inbound files/integrations, validation, and reconciliation.
- Create configuration workbooks and maintain functional/technical documentation.
- Develop test scenarios, support UAT, validate payout results, and resolve defects.
- Support production releases, compensation cycles, adjustments, and user queries.
- Work with business stakeholders, sales operations, payroll, finance, and technical teams as required.

Mandatory skills

- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on Xactly Incent experience.
- Strong Xactly configuration experience across plans, crediting, formulas, rate tables, quotas, hierarchies, and calculations.
- Experience with sales-compensation processes: commissions, payouts, credits, attainment, adjustments,



and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting Xactly implementation, enhancement, migration, or BAU support engagements.
- Robust UAT, testing, defect-resolution, and production-support experience.
- Strong Excel skills; SQL and data-analysis skills are preferred.
- Good spoken and written English with ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders.
- Xactly Incent certification is preferred, but practical implementation experience is more important.

Preferred skills

- Xactly Connect and Salesforce/CRM integration exposure.
- Xactly Reporting, Analytics, Templates, or participant statements experience.
- Experience with payroll, finance, ERP, HRIS, or commission-accounting processes.
- Experience working with US clients and US business hours.
- Exposure to CEA, migration, data governance, and reconciliation.
