Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team for a 2-month internship. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, be comfortable creating digital creatives, and be well-versed in using AI tools to enhance and speed up the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, website, marketing, and internal requirements.
- Design social media posts, stories, banners, campaign creatives, promotional assets, and other digital content.
- Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into strong visual designs.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude and other tools, for ideation, content development, creative research, moodboarding, and improving design workflows.
- Explore and leverage AI-powered creative tools to generate and enhance visual assets where relevant.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand briefs and execute creatives within timelines.
- Adapt creatives across different formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Assist with basic photo editing, retouching, image manipulation, and asset creation.
- Take feedback positively and make quick iterations based on creative requirements.
- Stay updated with current design,

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Well-versed in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong ability to conceptualise and create creatives independently.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude and able to incorporate them meaningfully into the creative process.
- Good understanding of social media and digital content formats.
- Strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple creative requirements.
- A portfolio showcasing creative/design work is preferred.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other design/creative tools.
- Familiarity with AI image-generation and creative tools.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, pop culture, branding, and digital media.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
