Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on job portals.
- Source and screen candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Assist with offer letters and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply).
