Job Summary

All India Occult Science is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core Recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified professionals across academic, administrative, research, and spiritual/occult domains, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements for various roles including faculty, researchers, trainers, counselors, administrative and support staff
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role-specific criteria
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership
- Conduct HR interviews and initial assessments
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
- Support HR policies, employee engagement, and basic HR operations




- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR guidelines
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
