Job Title: Project Sales Executive – Architectural Lighting

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Unilights is looking for an aggressive, confident and highly energetic Project Sales Executive who loves talking to people, building relationships and, most importantly, closing sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting business from architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, developers, contractors and project clients for architectural and decorative lighting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate recent business and actively hunt for project opportunities.
- Develop relationships with architects, designers, contractors and developers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up aggressively on enquiries, quotations and ongoing projects.
- Negotiate commercially and drive opportunities towards closure.




- Maintain a healthy project pipeline and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Convert projects into repeat and referral business.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is extremely confident, persuasive and excellent at communication.
- Enjoys meeting people and making sales conversations.
- Is persistent with follow-ups and comfortable handling rejection.
- Has a proven track record in B2B/project sales.
- Can independently handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Experience in architectural lighting, electrical products, building materials, interiors, furniture, sanitaryware, tiles, HVAC or similar project-based industries will be preferred.
