- Clean and cut fresh fish according to customer requirements.
- Remove scales, fins, guts, and unwanted portions properly.
- Cut fish into curry cut, fry cut, steaks, fillets, or other required portions.
- Ensure proper handling and hygienic cleaning of seafood.
- Wash and maintain fish-cleaning tables, knives, cutting boards, and other equipment.
- Pack cleaned fish properly for customers and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the working area throughout the shift.
- Minimize wastage while cutting and cleaning fish.
- Separate fish waste and dispose of it properly.
- Check fish quality and report any damaged or spoiled fish to the supervisor.
- Follow shop safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures.
- Assist with loading, arranging, and storing fish when required.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
