Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX Technical Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle CX solutions. The candidate should have solid technical expertise in Oracle CX applications, integrations, customizations, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Oracle CX Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle CX and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work on technical development, extensions, customizations, and application enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts using available Oracle CX reporting tools.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in development,



testing, and production environments.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and relevant technical documentation.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle CX technical development.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CX Cloud applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales, Service, Marketing, or related CX modules.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong SQL/PLSQL and database concepts.
- Experience with Oracle CX reporting and analytics.
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and technical best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder / Visual Builder Studio.
- Knowledge of Oracle CX extensibility and application composer.
- Experience with third-party system integrations.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud implementation and support projects.
- Oracle CX-related certification would be an added advantage.
