HR BDE – Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented HR BDE to join our recruitment company. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and generating new recruitment requirements from companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new corporate clients for recruitment services.
- Connect with HR Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, and other business development channels.
- Explain recruitment services and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information in the database/CRM.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and identify potential industries and companies for recruitment services.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in HR Business Development / Recruitment Sales / Staffing Sales / B2B Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in cold calling and client handling.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing company will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring requirements is an advantage.
