As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Lead to take ownership of the academic function, strengthen academic systems, coordinate faculty, and drive consistency and excellence in student outcomes.

This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong competitive-exam academic expertise with planning, coordination, execution, and people-management capabilities.

The Academic Lead will be responsible for structuring, coordinating, and continuously improving the academic framework across the organization.

The role will work closely with the management and faculty teams to ensure that curriculum, teaching plans, assessments, student support systems, faculty deployment, and academic processes are effectively planned and implemented.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, structured, analytical, and ownership-driven, with the ability to translate academic objectives into effective systems and measurable outcomes.

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in NEET/Engineering or similar competitive-exam education.




- Experience in academic coordination, senior faculty or similar roles, with exposure to academic planning.
- Strong understanding of competitive-exam preparation, curriculum planning and student outcomes.
- Ability to coordinate, guide and support faculty in the effective delivery of academic programs.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, structured and ownership-driven approach.

Preferred: Experience with a reputed coaching/competitive-exam institution and familiarity with LMS, digital learning and academic analytics.
