About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, career-driven Business Development & Operations Trainee to join our team. This is a excellent opportunity to build expertise in sales, marketing, and business operations through structured training and hands-on experience alongside experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
- Participate in training on sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership
- Support day-to-day business operations and project coordination
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Collaborate on client acquisition and business development
- Gradually take on team coordination and project responsibilities




- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Freshers welcome to apply
