Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter – Fresher to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the complete recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support offer negotiation and joining formalities.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
