We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to conduct classroom training sessions in Tiruvannamalai.

The trainer should be confident in delivering engaging, practical, and interactive sessions focused on developing students' qualified and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive soft skills training sessions.
- Develop participants' communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cover areas such as communication, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, and workplace etiquette.
- Use practical activities, role plays, discussions, and real-world examples.




- Address participant queries and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure effective delivery throughout the 6-day training program.

Requirements

- Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to conduct offline training in Tiruvannamalai.
- Local trainers are preferred.
- Updated profile/resume required.
