We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the company's recruitment activities across different departments and roles.

The profile will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, joining, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BDE, sales, technology, support, marketing, and other roles.
- Manage applications from Apna, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication, skills, experience, attitude, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with management.
- Follow up with candidates through selection and joining.
- Maintain candidate records and a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain backup candidates for important positions.
- Coordinate replacement hiring when required.




- Prepare basic recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
- Experience hiring BDE/sales profiles will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting phone interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Apna, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Joining ratio
- Recruitment turnaround time
- 30-day retention
- Availability of qualified backup candidates

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
