About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Repurchase Executive to connect with customers, understand their needs, resolve queries, and encourage repeat purchases through effective conversations and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and interested customers.
- Reconnect with customers who showed interest but didn’t complete their purchase.
- Understand requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain products, pricing, offers, payment, and delivery details.
- Handle basic queries related to orders, payments, returns, and replacements.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and build positive customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions and information accurately in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Achieve assigned sales, productivity, and quality targets.

Who Can Apply?





- 6+ months of experience in sales, tele calling, customer support, customer service, or similar roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.
- Confident communicator with good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and a 6-day work schedule.
- Own laptop/desktop with a working webcam and reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented workplace.
