Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling data entry, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry and documentation.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle emails, calls, and internal communication as required.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, HR, and other departments.
- Verify and process documents, forms, and records.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks and requirements.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in back-office, administration, data entry, or operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
