We are looking for experienced Instructional Designers to support a high-volume eLearning redesign project focused on aviation maintenance technician training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop structured storyboards and scripts for eLearning and Canvas-based learning units.
- Create and refine content using AI-assisted authoring workflows.
- Develop formative assessments with explanatory feedback.
- Convert technical and regulatory source material into learner-friendly instructional content.
- Coordinate with SMEs, developers, media specialists, and LMS teams.
- Review learning units for instructional quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain quality across a large-scale, template-driven production environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of core Instructional Design experience in eLearning/blended learning.
- Strong hands-on storyboarding and scripting experience – MUST.
- Experience creating storyboards for LMS/eLearning courses.
- Strong instructional writing and content development skills.
- Ability to work with technical, vocational, regulatory, or compliance content.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted content creation.
Preferred / Valuable to Have
- Experience working in the Aviation industry will be a strong plus.
- Experience with aviation maintenance, FAA, or other regulatory/technical content is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canvas LMS and Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
- Experience working in high-volume, template-driven eLearning projects.

This is an URGENT 4-month contract position from September to December 2026.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
