We are hiring Telecallers / Telesales Executives for our Home Loan and Personal Loan/OD processes. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer calling, lead follow-ups, explaining loan products, and assisting customers through the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain Home Loan and Personal Loan/OD products, eligibility, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and understand their loan requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Assist customers with the initial loan application process.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further loan processing.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Commerce graduates will be preferred.
- Good English & Hindi communication skills – speaking and writing.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with telecalling and sales targets.
Salary & BenefitsHome Loan – MoRT Process
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Personal Loan / OD Process
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000/month

Common Benefits
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Sunday Off
- Salary Date: 8th of every month
