Position Overview
Are you an accomplished educational leader ready to build a legacy? We are looking for a highly articulate, experienced Principal to serve as the academic and operational head of our new campus. The ideal candidate will combine deep regulatory knowledge with strong community-building skills to drive school growth and academic distinction.

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Leadership: Lead curriculum planning, progressive pedagogy, and modern instructional methods aligned with CBSE standards.
- School Operations & Setup: Oversee campus setup, administrative workflows, budgeting, resource planning, and day-to-day operations.
- CBSE Compliance:



Ensure total compliance with CBSE affiliation norms, government regulations, and educational board directives.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor high-Caliber teaching and administrative personnel to build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Admissions & School Growth: Drive strategic marketing, prospective parent engagement, and admissions campaigns to expand the student body.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience exclusively as a Principal in a reputed CBSE school (mandatory).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; fluent, persuasive, and professional.
- Leadership Skills: Strong track record in scaling school operations, change management, and institutional governance.
- Principal based out of Bangalore or nearby location would be preferred.
