Title - Junior Architects (for a real estate firm)

Role Overview:

Mandatory :- Experience in both residential and commercial projects (Construction as well as interiors)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architect's office.

Location - Erandwane, Pune

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects (Construction as well as interiors), along with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing architectural drawings, design presentations, and project documentation, while coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and layouts that accurately represent design concepts.
- Prepare interior layouts and 3D views.
- Support the design team in developing presentations using Photoshop, renderings, and visualizations using 3D software and other tools.




- Apply architectural and engineering principles to contribute to project design and execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work quality, accuracy, and compliance with design intent.
- Collaboratively work with senior architects, consultants, and contractors on project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Assist in quality assurance checks and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architect's office.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D software (Sketchup or relevant tools), and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid creativity, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
