We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable AI/ML Trainer who can deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for students, professionals, and internal learners.
- Develop and deliver structured training programs, presentations, practical exercises, and assignments.
- Explain complex AI/ML concepts in a straightforward, clear, and practical manner.
- Provide hands-on training through real-world projects and practical coding exercises.
- Train learners on Machine Learning algorithms, model development, evaluation, and deployment concepts.
- Cover fundamentals of Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, and other relevant ML libraries.
- Introduce learners to Deep Learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Provide training on fundamentals of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
- Guide learners through AI/ML projects and help them troubleshoot technical issues.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, assessments, projects, and practical exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback and support learners in improving their technical skills.
- Keep training material updated according to the latest AI/ML tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Research and incorporate current AI tools and technologies into training programs.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and engaging learning environment.





Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Good programming knowledge in Python.
- Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Deep Learning.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with different levels of understanding.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others develop technical skills.

Good to Have

- Previous experience as an AI/ML Trainer, Technical Trainer, Teaching Assistant, or Mentor.
- Experience working on practical AI/ML projects.
- Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks/tools.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic cloud platforms.
- Experience developing training content, course material, or technical documentation.
- Knowledge of current Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, training, development, or a related technical role.
