We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Collection & Recovery Telecaller to handle customer communication regarding overdue payments. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding payment-related concerns, following up on outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional communication.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; regional language will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working under collection targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/system applications.
- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, credit card, loan, EMI, or collection/recovery processes will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also be considered.
- Candidates with prior telecalling or customer-handling experience are preferred.
- Experience in inbound/outbound calling and PTP follow-up will be an added advantage.
