Job Summary

UFLY International Aviation Academy is looking for a confident, energetic, and student-friendly English Communication Faculty to train students in spoken English, communication skills, personality development, and professional etiquette, especially for careers in the aviation and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging English communication and spoken English classes.
- Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence formation, and fluency.
- Conduct conversation practice, group discussions, role plays, presentations, and public-speaking activities.
- Help students overcome hesitation and build confidence while speaking English.
- Provide training in professional communication and workplace English.
- Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for job interviews.
- Train students in telephone etiquette, email communication, customer interaction, and professional conversations.
- Support students in developing personality, confidence, and presentation skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' communication skills and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and progress reports.




- Coordinate with other faculty members to support students' overall development.
- Create an active, positive, and disciplined classroom environment.

Eligibility / Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and classroom-management skills.
- Candidates with experience in English training, soft-skills training, aviation training, hospitality, or corporate communication will be preferred.

Freshers

Freshers with excellent English communication and presentation skills may also apply.

Candidates who are confident in speaking English and have a passion for teaching, training, and mentoring students are encouraged to apply.

Experience in training students for aviation, airline, airport, hospitality, customer service, or other service-sector careers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
