Job Overview

Sobha Limited is hiring Kannada-speaking Customer Support Executives for its real estate team in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, providing information about residential projects, handling enquiries, and coordinating property site visits.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Speak with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, property features, and available options.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries.
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Eligibility

- PUC / Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age:



Up to 35 years.
- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Fluent Kannada and English communication is required.
- Candidates with customer service, telecalling, pre-sales, or sales experience are preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Freshers: ₹18,000 In-Hand / ₹22,000 CTC per month

Experienced: ₹27,000 In-Hand / ₹30,000 CTC per month

Additional performance-based incentives available.

Round 1: Initial Interview – Whitefield

Round 2: Final Interview – Sobha Head Office, Bellandur
