Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team in South Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills and be able to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths.

The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website forms, walk-ins, and social media.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses and programs based on their requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Handle walk-in students and provide a positive counselling experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of student admissions and lead conversion.
- Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.

Pay: ₹11,185.69 - ₹35,650.33 per month
