Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer follow-up and collection calls.
Maintain good customer interaction and communication.
Follow up on pending payments and updates.
Maintain call records and customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Malayalam & English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers confidently.
