Position: Sales & Leasing Manager/ Senior Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Experience: 2 To 8 Years
Role Summary :
To drive commercial real estate transactions across Pune by developing landlord/developer inventory, generating occupier requirements, converting leasing and outright sales opportunities, and managing transactions from lead generation to closure and documentation.
The role will have strong ownership of:
Leasing – Tenant Representation
Leasing – Landlord Representation
Commercial Property Sales / Outright
Supply & Inventory Management
Business Development
Market Intelligence
Transaction Negotiation & Closure
This is broadly aligned with the transaction/advisory model followed by global real-estate firms, where tenant/buyer representation, landlord/seller representation, leasing strategy and acquisition/disposition form key service lines.
