Job Title: (Maintenance Head)

Reporting Line -Plant Head

Job objective:

 To carry out the overall maintenance work of Plant and Machinery,

for Mechanical as well as electrical maintenance.

 Responsible organizing schedules and assigning work activity to all

maintenance employees.

Key responsibilities

1) As per the checklist check all the machines.

2) Preventive maintenance.

3) Repair Machine if B.D. is done.

4) Maintaining documents for ISO-14001, ISO 45001 & IATF 16949.

5) All machines should be maintained properly.

6) Analysis of Breakdowns. To initiate corrective action based on breakdown

analysis

7) To ensure the availability of maximum up time of machine

8) To ensure the availability of stock of critical spares

9) Measure & monitor performance of processes owned.

10) Co-ordination with all external agencies related to maintenance activities

11) Handling the team
