Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle outbound tour bookings from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
- Provide expert advice on international travel options, itineraries, and holiday packages to clients.
- Manage hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and air ticketing for optimal convenience and cost-effectiveness.
- Process billing and handle client queries related to tours, hotels, flights, or other travel-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Handle and resolve operational challenges, customer complaints, and last-minute travel requirements effectively.
- Manage travel requirements for corporate clients, B2B partners, and group bookings, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and B2B clients.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in the travel industry,



preferably in outbound tour operations.
- Candidates must have prior experience working with a travel agency. Only travel agency experience will be considered.
- Solid experience in handling corporate clients, B2B clients, and group tours.
- Good knowledge of outbound destinations including France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, USA, and UK.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of international tour operations, including hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and itinerary planning.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requirements simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
