Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer / Assistant Manager – Quality with robust experience in quality systems, in-process quality, supplier quality, and ISO 9001.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001 requirements.
- Monitor and improve in-process quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Handle supplier quality, supplier audits, quality issues, and corrective actions.
- Conduct internal/process audits and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
- Analyze quality issues using root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer and organizational quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
- Experience in ISO 9001 and QMS.
- Hands-on experience in In-Process Quality.
- Experience in Supplier Quality Management.
- Knowledge of quality tools, audits, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Manesar, Haryana (Manesar): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
