Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and support the digital growth of our clients and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for posts, reels, videos and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and social media copy.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and trending content.
- Monitor page performance, engagement, reach and audience growth.
- Track competitors and identify recent content opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for clients.
- Prepare basic performance reports and share insights.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trending content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Hindi language understanding/writing will be an added advantage.
