Job Summary

We are looking for a 3PL Accounts Executive with strong experience in logistics and warehousing to manage client accounts, drive new business, and ensure the successful execution of ongoing 3PL projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Conduct site visits and travel to client locations as required.
- Travel to client sites for project commencement, implementation, and operational setup.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and commencement of new 3PL and warehousing projects.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Monitor ongoing projects, identify operational issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads within the 3PL and warehousing sector.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their logistics requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Support proposals, quotations, negotiations, and business closures.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track account performance, project progress, business opportunities, and follow-ups.




- Prepare regular reports related to client accounts and business development.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or warehousing.
- Experience in client handling, account management, and business development.
- Good understanding of 3PL operations and warehouse processes.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
- Target-oriented and commercially driven.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits, project commencement, and operational requirements.
- Valid driving licence and ability to travel independently will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
