Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate new business, acquire clients, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Field Sales Officers for daily sales updates and reporting.
- Monitor attendance, beat plans, order booking, and sales activities through Bizom.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze sales data and provide key performance insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams for data reconciliation.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, or Sales Operations.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboards.
- Experience with Bizom, SFA, or CRM software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
