We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Patient Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor patients and report any changes in behaviour or condition to the nursing staff
- Support patients during withdrawal, emotional distress, and recovery
- Assist doctors and nurses with routine patient care
- Maintain ward cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline
- Ensure patient safety and follow hospital protocols
- Support patients in therapy sessions and recreational activities
- Assist in handling emergencies under the supervision of medical/nursing staff

Eligibility

- Minimum Plus Two / GDA / ANM / relevant healthcare qualification
- Previous experience in hospital, psychiatric, or de-addiction care is preferred
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and ability to handle challenging situations
- Willingness to work in shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
