Position: Customer Support & Sales Executive
CTC: ₹27,000 per month
Working: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Cab: One-way Cab Facility during Odd Hours

Job Overview

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executives with strong international voice/customer service experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions while identifying and converting sales opportunities.

Requirements

- C1-level English communication with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant international experience in Customer Support, Sales, International BPO, Voice Process, or similar roles.
- Robust customer-handling and sales skills.
- Candidates must have complete knowledge of the CRM/tools used in their previous organization.
- Candidates should be able to confidently explain the CRM, tools, workflow, and processes they have worked on during the interview.
- Good problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including odd hours.
- Ability to achieve customer service and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities





- Handle customer queries and provide professional solutions.
- Communicate with international customers through voice/customer support channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
- Handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and sales targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting individual and team KPIs.
