ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN — INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

ABOUT THE ROLE

Casa Exotique is looking for an Architectural Draftsman with strong experience in interior architecture and construction documentation.

This is not a basic CAD drafting role. The ideal candidate should understand design intent, materials, construction detailing and execution, and be able to convert concepts into accurate, coordinated and buildable drawings for high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop complete interior architecture & construction drawing packages
- Prepare furniture, flooring, RCP, electrical, lighting, elevations, sections and finish layouts
- Develop detailed joinery, kitchen, wardrobe, bathroom, staircase and bespoke architectural details
- Prepare drawings with accurate dimensions, levels, materials, junctions, fixing details and hardware
- Translate design concepts, moodboards and 3D views into technical drawings
- Coordinate Architecture, Interiors, Joinery, Lighting, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and vendor drawings
- Identify clashes, inconsistencies and execution challenges before drawings are issued
- Coordinate materials, finishes and detailed interfaces
- Support site measurements,



site coordination and execution-related clarifications
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, documentation and project folders

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

3–6 years in:

- Interior architecture & architectural drafting
- Construction documentation
- Luxury interiors
- Joinery detailing
- Site execution

Experience in luxury residential, hospitality or high-end commercial projects preferred.

EDUCATION

Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design. Architectural qualification preferred.

SOFTWARE

Mandatory: Advanced AutoCAD, MS Office / Excel
Advantage: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Strong architectural and construction understanding—not just CAD skills
- Excellent knowledge of detailing, dimensions and proportions
- Understands materials and their application
- Can independently develop accurate, execution-ready drawings
- Solid attention to detail and drawing discipline
- Able to coordinate effectively with designers, architects, vendors and site teams
- Proactive in identifying technical issues and asking the right questions before issuing drawings
- Fast, organised and accurate under project deadlines

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
