Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, enquiries and customer responses on social media.
- Reply to customer queries, comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding products, prices, availability, orders, delivery, offers and other requirements.
- Convert social media enquiries into potential leads and coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and leads received through social media.
- Follow up with customers when required and ensure timely responses.
- Escalate complaints or important customer issues to the concerned department/manager.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image while communicating with customers.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for social media posts, reels, stories and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify frequently asked questions or concerns.
- Keep track of daily social media enquiries,



responses and lead conversions.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports of social media activities and customer enquiries.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest ideas to improve engagement and customer response.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good written English and Hindi.
- Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Ability to respond to customers quickly and professionally.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content posting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining enquiry records.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
