About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in learning and working on paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing and a willingness to learn Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis.

This is a learning-focused opportunity where you will work with the marketing team to support real client campaigns and develop practical advertising skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Support Google Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and relevant keywords.
- Assist in creating ad copies, selecting creatives, and testing different campaign ideas.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, and conversions.
- Help track leads and campaign performance in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Prepare basic daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the content and design team for ad creatives.
- Support lead generation campaigns and follow up on campaign-related tasks.




- Stay updated with digital advertising trends and best practices.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising.
- Interest in learning Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with campaign data.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Any digital marketing course or certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Canva, or CRM tools is an advantage.
