Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

1. Hotel Cashier

- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily billing, guest check-outs, and cash/card transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate daily balance sheets and logs of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with front desk staff for room charges, room service bills, and advance bookings.
- Resolve payment discrepancies or customer queries calmly and professionally.
- Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, MS Office, or Billing/POS software.
- Good numerical skills and accuracy in handling cash.
- Qualifications: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree (Commerce background preferred).

2. Sales Representative (Hospitality / Hotel Sales)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to generate hotel bookings.
- Promote hotel services, banquet halls, room packages, and event facilities.
- Plan local marketing activities to increase hotel visibility across Patna and surrounding regions.
- Negotiate rates, draft booking proposals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Local geographic knowledge of Patna and surrounding business hubs.




- Qualifications:12th Pass or any Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or Marketing.

3. Housekeeping Staff (Male & Female)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public hotel areas to hygiene standards.
- Replenish room amenities, guest supplies, fresh linens, and towels.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost-and-found items immediately.
- Respond promptly to special guest requests for extra pillows, cleaning, or laundry.
- Requirements:
- High attention to cleanliness, discipline, and hygiene.
- Qualifications: 10th / 12th Pass (Freshers can apply; basic training will be provided).

4. Housekeeping Supervisor

- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage daily duties of the housekeeping and janitorial teams.
- Inspect guest rooms, banquet halls, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage department inventory, cleaning chemicals, room amenities, and linen supplies.
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance departments for quick room turnover and repairs.
- Requirements:
- Prior supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or facility management role.
- Leadership, shift planning, and team management skills.
- Qualifications: 12th Pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
